These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coffee Bean Connoisseur LLC, doing business as Pilot Prep Pro ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Pilot Prep Pro website and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Pilot Prep Pro provides AI-powered oral exam preparation tools for pilots preparing for FAA checkrides, including but not limited to Private Pilot License (PPL), Instrument Rating (IFR), and Commercial Pilot License (CPL) oral examinations.
Important Disclaimer: Our Services are for study and preparation purposes only. Pilot Prep Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Success with our Services does not guarantee passing any FAA checkride or examination.
New users are granted three (3) free practice sessions to evaluate the Services. No payment information is required for the free trial.
After exhausting free sessions, continued access requires purchase of either:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Services, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available for monthly subscription renewals after the first billing cycle.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated responses, are owned by Coffee Bean Connoisseur LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COFFEE BEAN CONNOISSEUR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that the results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on our Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
